Up the Canyon

We are missing our kids so much we started looking at pictures. These are some cute ones of a little Sunday afternoon picnic we took up American Fork Canyon. The kids really love going up there. We should take them more often.

We love you so much and we miss you tons. I called Cami and she says you guys are doing great. Have fun with your grandparents and we will be back soon. Hugs and kisses.

    Thanks for the comment on my blog. I had no idea you guys were such tri-hards! (I think I just made that word up). Fantastic that Spencer qualified for Kona, that's amazing. My race was nothing compared to the Ironman distance, but it was a blast and I'm glad I did it.

    I'm sure my wife would want me to give you and Spencer a shout out to SUU . . . she's a loyal T-Bird.
